After four weeks of intense healing work, the break allows you to pause, reflect, and absorb the shifts you’ve experienced. This time gives you space to integrate the healing before continuing with the final phase of the journey, ensuring that you don’t just experience transformation during the program but that it becomes a permanent part of your life.

What to Expect from the 8-Week Group Program:

The 8-week journey is designed to gradually take participants through an in-depth healing process, focusing on collective support and individual transformation. Each week builds upon the last, combining reflective practices, group interaction, and guided healing techniques to create profound shifts.

The group structure allows you to move through your personal healing at your own pace, while receiving support from others on the same journey. As you progress, you’ll feel a sense of growth, release, and transformation — not just within yourself but also in the community around you.

  • Weekly Live Sessions: Each week you will engage in 90-minute group healing sessions. These live sessions combine group coaching, guided somatic and emotional healing, discussions, and reflective practices to deepen your personal growth.
  • Safe & Supportive Environment: Healing in a community offers a unique opportunity to witness and be witnessed by others, fostering connection and understanding. You’ll be part of a safe, compassionate environment where everyone is encouraged to share and express freely.
  • Integration Break: After Week 4, you’ll have a 2-week break for integration. This time is crucial for reflection and personal growth, allowing you to digest the work you’ve done and prepare for the final phase of the program.
  • Post-Session Practices: Each week you will receive personalised exercises to take what you’ve learned in the session and apply it to your life outside the group. These may include journaling prompts, meditations, breathwork, or other healing techniques.

Week 1: Understanding the Father Wound

Identifying Core Wounds and Emotional Blocks

The first week is focused on creating a strong foundation for the group by diving into the core concept of the Father Wound. We will explore what this wound looks like in your life and begin to identify the areas in which it impacts your emotions, behaviours, and relationships.


Objectives:

  • Define what the Father Wound is and explore how it has manifested in your life.
  • Open a dialogue about the emotions and pain connected to your relationship with your father or father figure.
  • Set the intention for your healing journey.

  • Somatic meditation to connect with the emotional body and identify stored pain.

Week 2: Releasing Emotional Blockages

Emotional Cleansing & Somatic Release

In Week 2, we focus on the body’s emotional memory and begin releasing trapped emotions through somatic healing and breathwork. Emotional energy can stay stuck in the body for years, and this session is designed to help release that stored tension and pain.


Objectives:

  • Identify the emotional blocks that are holding you back, especially those tied to paternal relationships.
  • Experience deep emotional release through somatic techniques.
    Guided Practices:
  • Breathwork session to activate and release stuck emotions.
  • Somatic healing practices to process anger, grief, and resentment.

Week 3: Rewriting Your Story

Shifting Perspectives & Personal Empowerment

This week is about taking control of your narrative. You will begin rewriting the story you’ve been telling yourself about your relationship with your father or the masculine. By reclaiming your narrative, you can transform past pain into personal growth and empowerment.


Objectives:

  • Identify limiting beliefs and stories about your past that are holding you back.
  • Reframe your relationship with your father or masculine energy to one that serves your healing and growth.
    Guided Practices:
  • Reflective journaling to rewrite the story of your paternal relationship.
  • Group sharing on the new narratives being created.

Week 4: Embodying Healthy Masculine Energy

Reclaiming & Balancing the Masculine

In Week 4, you’ll focus on reclaiming healthy masculine energy within yourself. Whether you have been disconnected from your own masculine traits or have experienced unhealthy masculine energy from others, this week is designed to help you embody the qualities of strength, discipline, and leadership while staying emotionally connected.


Objectives:

  • Reconnect with the positive aspects of masculine energy in your life.
  • Learn to embody healthy masculine traits in a balanced way.
  • Create harmony between masculine and feminine energy within yourself.
    Guided Practices:
  • Group meditation to explore both masculine and feminine energies.
  • Exercises on setting boundaries, taking leadership, and emotional expression.

Week 5: Rebuilding Trust and Forgiveness

Trust, Forgiveness & Emotional Freedom

Week 5 is about rebuilding trust—both in yourself and in others—and beginning the process of forgiveness. Whether it’s forgiving your father, yourself, or others, this process can be deeply healing and liberating. The focus is on releasing resentment and creating space for peace and acceptance.


Objectives:

  • Explore the concept of trust and where it has been broken in your life.
  • Start the process of forgiving those who have hurt you, and forgiving yourself for any self-judgment.
    Guided Practices:
  • A guided meditation on forgiveness and releasing anger or resentment.
  • Reflective exercises on rebuilding trust and creating emotional openness.

Week 6: Healing Through Compassion and Self-Love

Cultivating Compassion & Nurturing Self-Love

In Week 6, you will focus on healing through compassion, both for yourself and others. Self-love is a critical aspect of healing from relational wounds, and this week will help you shift from self-criticism to self-compassion.


Objectives:

  • Deepen your capacity for compassion toward yourself and others.
  • Learn practical tools to nurture self-love in your daily life.
    Guided Practices:
  • Compassion meditation to open your heart and heal emotional wounds.
  • Journaling prompts to explore self-love practices and identify areas where you can nurture yourself.

Week 7: Strengthening Your Inner Power

Reclaiming Personal Power & Authenticity

This week focuses on stepping into your personal power and reclaiming your authentic self. You will be guided to tap into your inner strength, set healthy boundaries, and confidently express your true self.


Objectives:

  • Reclaim your sense of personal power and step into your authenticity.
  • Develop strategies for setting boundaries and protecting your emotional well-being.

  • Boundary-setting exercises to assert your needs in a healthy way.
  • Group discussion on personal power and leading from a place of inner strength.

Week 8: Integrating Your Healing Journey

Reflecting, Integrating & Moving Forward

The final week is focused on integrating everything you’ve learned throughout the program. You’ll take time to reflect on your journey, share final thoughts with the group, and plan how to continue your healing beyond the program. This is a week of closure, celebration, and setting future intentions.

  • Set intentions for how you will continue your healing in everyday life.

  • Group reflection and sharing on personal breakthroughs.
  • Integration exercises to solidify the changes and plan future action steps.

2-Week Integration Break

The two-week break is a critical period for reflection and integration. After four weeks of deep emotional and somatic work, this time will give you space to absorb and process the shifts you’ve experienced. During the break, you’ll be encouraged to take time for self-care, journaling, and practising the tools learned so far.

You may also use this time to reach out to your group for support or share insights through the online community. By the end of the break, you’ll be ready to dive back into the second phase of the program with fresh insights and renewed energy.
